Shipping

We know that the customer journey does not end until your new painting arrives in it’s new happy home. To ensure a great customer experience, we make every effort to deliver the product quickly and safely.

Packaging

All original paintings will be wrapped with acid-free paper and bubble wrap, protected by high-quality double-walled cardboard before being boxed in a custom-made container. A Certificate of Authenticity will also be accompanied with the original art.

Insurance

We insure all original artwork during the shipping. If an unfortunate event causes any damage to your painting during the transit, we will refund the full purchase amount - please see the Return & Refund policy below for the details.

Shipping Time

We try to ship artwork as quickly as possible. In general, original paintings will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Printed artwork will take roughly 1-2 weeks to be dispatched (they are produced on request). Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your product to your location.

Delivery Issue

If you have any delivery issues, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on finding a resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for any delay that is outside of our control, In the event of delay that is outside of our control, we will contact you immediately to let you know about it and do our best to minimize the delay.

Returns & Refund

Original Painting

We will accept the return of the original painting. In order to receive a full-refund, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order and there cannot be any signs of damage. Also please ensue that the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order

Printed Art

Unfortunately we are unable to accept a return on printed artwork.

Damaged Art during the Transit

Please take a photograph of the package delivered to you and the damaged item, and send images along with a detailed description to eiko@eikotabata.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Your materials will be reviewed and if determined that it was indeed a problem related to our shipping process, you will eligible for a refund (for original artwork) or a replacement (for printed art).
